  • Any other personal data derived from any legal documentation including Insurance Policies, Letter of Administration, Power of Attorney, Birth Certificate and Death Certificate.

SmartWills will process the personal data you provide via our online platform or through our resellers, using it solely for business operations and service provision.

Any information requested by us is necessary and mandatory for us to facilitate the online Will services. We will not be able to provide you the Smartwills’ services and relevant updates or information if you fail to provide us with the information requested by us.
